- If the service does not work on your device and our support team cannot fix it within 72 hours of your report, you can request a refund within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds are not given for changes of mind, for problems caused by your own internet connection, or for content that was not promised to you in writing.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Crypto refunds are calculated in USD at the time of refund.
- Plans never renew automatically, so there are no renewal charges to refund.
